I have purchased twice from this company they seriously have worst customer service ever
The only time I can get anything done is if I wait for two hours on my phone with GE service to schedule appointments to get my appliances fixed
however this time takes the cake GE scheduled the service and Prior Electric who is a GE representative refused to do the service call can you believe that!!!!
I started on January 11, 2021 to try and get my refrigerator fixed (for the fifth time) when you open the door half a cup of water dumps on the floor
as we live at the north west angle they are the only service company available
I Have now been on hold with GE customer relations for 31.22 minutes perhaps sometime today I will get through this company and perhaps I can get my refrigerator repaired. Wow Do you know what I finally got a customers relation person who wants to do something I’m not gonna put her name on here but she was great and I now have a case number because as I told you before Prior Electric has an exclusive in-service they also have an exclusive on selling GE which you know my change
AMY Â BASSINGTHWAITR Who is supposedly the owner of Prior Electric after numerous request to have her call me back has never yet done so
She is all great and wonderful when you walk into the store and you want to buy something  but let me tell you once she’s delivered you are A second class citizen and nothing much can get done service that’s nonexistent answering your phones she never calls you back I can’t tell you how many messages I have left for Amy to call me back never happened and I feel sorry for her assistant in the office because she continuously says I told Amy all I can do is give her the messages.The other day we ask the office assistant to give us a phone number for Amy not able to do so we ask to get a phone number for the HALLOCK Location but of course they don’t have a number how do you stay in business without a phone number no clue
My recommendation for this company is don’t do business with him
