Both arenas are available to the community for youth and high school hockey programs as well as public skating. A third artificial ice rink is located in the Roseau Ram’s Sports Center and is home to the Lady Ram’s.  The City of Roseau, Roseau Youth Hockey and the Roseau School District maintain a joint agreement on the operation of the Ram’s Sports Center for the betterment of the community for public skating and youth hockey activities.
