Roseau Marketplace | June – September
Welcome to Roseau Marketplace
Welcome to the Roseau Farmers Market, known as the Roseau Marketplace! Held every Thursday from June to October across from the City Center, our market runs from 3:00 to 7:00 PM, offering a delightful array of local produce, crafts, and more. We invite you to join our community of vendors and shop their unique and custom products.Â
How to Sell at our Summer Marketplace
Â
Attached, you’ll find our guidelines and membership application. It’s easy to sell at the marketplace; decide whether you’re a one-time vendor or plan to attend frequently. Then sign the waiver and pay your fees. You can now sell at our events.
Participation requires a one-time event fee of $25 each time you set up for sale or an annual marketplace membership fee of $75, which includes participation in special events such as Crazy Days (August), Fall Fest (October), and the Flannel and Frost Vendor Show (February). The annual membership is the best option. Both fee options provide you with an event insurance umbrella policy under the Roseau Civic and Commerce insurance.Â
By signing the membership agreement, you commit to following our Marketplace Best Practice Guidelines, complying with state regulations, and paying fees to the Civic and Commerce. These fundamental guidelines ensure a positive experience for all. It is not legal to sell or operate a pop-up shop or food truck inside city limits on public property without the sponsorship and insurance of Civic and Commerce. Marketplace memberships are a way for the Civic and Commerce to support small businesses and ensure best practices are being followed.
We look forward to seeing you at the Roseau Marketplace!
