Have you always wanted to ride your snowmobile to the Northwest Angle or take in all the different trails Northern MN has to offer, all while having one home-base each night? Roseau, MN is centrally located to hundreds of miles of trails and with us as home-base for your snowmobile trip, you can spend one day riding to the Northwest Angle and the next 2 or 3 days hitting the groomed nearby trials. Whatever you do, you’ll be planning to come back year after year. The time is now. Load up the trailer and pack your bags for the ride of your life as you hit the trails in the birthplace of Polaris!

Roseau County offers 300 + miles of marked & groomed snowmobile trails, open country trails connecting to other nearby towns & State Forests as well as trails connecting to Kittson & Lake of the Woods County. Our trails are maintained by the local volunteer snowmobile club, the Roseau County Trailblazers. Here you can find any type of riding to fulfill your riding style.

    RIDE TO WARROAD...

    take the groomed trail on the old train tracks directly to Warroad. Enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants, check out the lake at the landing, climb the look out tower and head back to Roseau.

    RIDE TO LOST RIVER STATE FOREST...

    where you can ride the “EDA 1” trail named after the founders of Polaris: Edgar Hetteen, David Johnson, and Allan Hetteen. This trail is where they used the first snowmobiles in 1956 and 1957 and today is used for ATV and snowmobiles.

    DRIVE DEEP INTO THE BELTRAMI FOREST

    Beltrami Forest Offers 120 acres of trails and roadways for you to ride. Enjoy lunch at Bemis Hill, zoom past gravel pits, and through pine covered forests.

    PENTUREN CHURCH |CATHEDRAL IN THE PINES

    Make a day of driving out to historic Penturen Church. Plan to have a picnic. Tour the grounds visiting the old cemetary, ring the church bell, sign the guest book and start back to Roseau.

    EXPERIENCE THE CITY OF ROSEAU POWERSPORT PARK

    Head north past the Roseau Eletric Building and the watertower where you will find a parking lot to park trailere vehicles. The park is just past the lot and is open 24 hours a day and free to use. Enjoy the curves, whoops, and water holes. This 25 acre park is a fun for all riders.

ATV RIDING AND TRAILS

ATV's are legal to drive on all County and township roads in Roseau County. The City of Roseau has created designated ATV and Snowmobile trails to access businesses.
